  Connect line spacing and character size

  Hi everybody and happy new year!

  In Essential graphics, mogrt file I want to be able to adjust character size of a text layer. I also want the line spacing to get it’s value from the character size. Now how can I connect those two?

  I don’t seem to be able to pick whip the value in the expression panel. It doesn’t show in the text layer’s properties. Only in the Character panel.

  Hey there!

  I created a text layer with two lines and added an expression slider to that layer called “Adjust me”. And I set the value of the slider to 100. Then I used this expression in the Source Text expression field.

  s = effect(“Adjust Me”)(“Slider”);

  style.setFontSize(s).setLeading(s);

  Try that out and let me know if you have any questions.
