  Hi lads, so here in the following screenshot you’ll see my problem.

  Well have you tried reinstalling your Genarts Sapphire plugins?

  Well the problem is: We’re running a music promo account on YouTube. A friend just made a new visual. I’ve installed all the plugins in the correct folder (AE tells me I did not). But when I open that project there’s nothing in the comp than the Soundkeys. Idk what to do.

  Do you have a proper, licensed version of Genarts Sapphire installed with its own installer? Or did you just copy the plugins from your friend?
