  Resize photos into bounding box?

  I’m going to display my extreme ignorance of AE here and ask this question. I’m inserting about 50 photos into a project and I need them to fit into the bounding box, see attached image.

  

  So my question is number one, how to do this in AE, and number two, if there is a way to resize all of them to my bounding box at the same time.
