    What I want to do :

    I have a sqare and i want to animate it from the left side to the right side.

    I made two keyframes for position.

    Now i want do link the last keyframe (Endposition) to the outPoint of my other Footage ( like music or so )

    So everytime i change the Footage the last keyframe will set automatic to the outPoint of my footage.

    How is that possible?

    Greetings Marcel

    Precompose your square with its animation in a 1 second comp.

    Enable time remap on this pre comp and paste this:

    x=thisComp.layer("Footage").outPoint;
    linear(time,0,x,0,1)

    Everytime you replace or trim the layer “footage” the square will adjust to it.
