How to do this Spectrum??? =0 by Trap Party
Can anybody tell me how to do this type of Spectrum?

I don’t think you can do that without plugins, although it might be possible to do something remotely similar with wiggle paths with different (animated) stroke sizes.
Something more closely similar should be possible with at least these plugins (any one of them):
– Video Copilot Saber: Follow masks, take out all the fractal effects and use taper
– Trapcode 3D Stroke: Follow masks, use taper
– Trapcode Particular: Make light follow masks, use light as emitter, animate particle size over time
In each case you’ll need several layers with a variation of the effect in different colors and with different settings.
And you likely already know about audio-to-keyframes.
