  Place composition/layer markers at 100% value keyframes

  Hi! So here’s the deal, I have a layer with lots of markers but only some of them have the value of 100%. And I want to automatically add composition/layer markers in places where those 100% keyframes are located. Is there any script or expression for that purpose?
  Basically I have an audio layer and I need to have markers where the drum kicks. I tried using soundkeys plugin but it only creates keyframes.
