How to do this style in animation?
Hi, I’m new to this forum, I’ve always wanted to do is an animation style as having applied this character, work in After effects, as seen in the illustration, they vibrate like contours and have a texture whole character, my question would be, how to make the contours vibrate? I tried several times with Wiggle or Turbulent Displace but I have not got the same result.

Compression could be bad, but if you’ve seen several videos with this technique, so I wondered what was done?
