  Particles to letter build

  Hi – I have been sent this image of particle build text for me to re-create in after effects. The person said they animated an effector in Cinema4d.

  I have been looking at using Trapcode Form but too whispy – I want the particles to form the letters from above and below the letters on y-axis mainly to reveal the letters.

  If anyone has some ideas on how to approach this It would be much appreciated

  What do you mean by “too wispy”? You can make particles in Form be very hard edged. Just change the particle type.

  Follow any disintegration tutorial, mess with the parameters to get it to move the way you want, and then reverse it.
