  Trouble With Causing Random Numbers to Jump

  Hey, I am fairly new to this thread and also to Adobe Premiere I am currently having problems trying to get my text animation to look realistic to a real BPM, I want to simulate the effect of the one attached here, I tried many simulations but did not find one that quite works. Thank you guys for the help, The first Gif is my Animation and the Gif with the Pink Ui is the one I am trying to simulate.
