I’m having problems with ram previewing videos because they always play back at either 5fps or 9.99fps. I have an Intel 4790k @ 4.4 Ghz and 32Gb of RAM so i don’t think it’s that my system is bad or slow. It’s just weird because I always have my comps at 59.94 fps and they would preview fine until today. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if so, is there a way to fix? (who knows I probably accidentally hit something without knowing lol)

Here’s a picture example I used with just a stock footage for reference

Based on the cached preview green bar you have RAM preview set to skip frames.

Geez lol I knew I must have accidentally messed up something. Is there a way to stop this or turn it off?

It’s under the preview panel. Drag the bottom of the panel, there’s more stuff there. Under play from, there’s a section that has frame rate, skip, and resolution. Make sure skip is 0. It sounds like it’s set to 10.
