  HOW TO TRACK RECTANGULAR SHADES

  Hi, Ok I’m shooting a person with rentangular shades on later this week ..

  I’d like to be able to map footage onto the shades but not sure how best to do that in AE.

  My thoughts are motion tracker using 3D.

  He will only be moving gently, so not bouncing around 🙂

  Any thoughts appreciated thanks

  Mocha Ae (bundled with After Effects) should also make short work of this.
