  Composition / Layer Markers Workflow question

  Hello ,

  I have a project where timing data should be shared across different departments (

  scenarization, editing and programming ) This timing data can be in the form of a json file or csv.

  eg.

  Marker_name , time_in , duration

  “ignition” , 00:01:00 , 00:04:00

  “liftoff” , 00:05:00 , 00:00:1:20

  …

  Do any of you have experience with importing this type of data into after effects or premiere?

  I have read a bit about xmp file format but this looks quite complicated for what i want to do.

  Hi Wim,

  I’m just working on this very thing.
  (Adding XMP to footage, either embedded or as sidecar if the format does not support internal XMP.)
  Do you already have the metadata, or do you need to generate that as well?
  Want to betatest?
