  Alpha channel in composition shows up as blue!

  I have a AFX project from my designer. The background is showing up as a sky blue colour even though there’s nothing there! If I toggle the transparency grid, the grid appears as if I had no background (which I don’t). Every other time I’ve worked with transparencies, they always show up as black if I have the grid disabled. How do I fix this? When I export this composition, all the transparencies show up as this sky blue colour.

  Hi,

  To get rid of your blue color just go to Composition>BG Color. (Ctrl+Shift+B)
  When rendering make sure you are using a codec that supports an Alpha like Animation set to RGB + Alpha.

  Or did I totaly misunderstood you?

  Ah ok, thanks. I’m still having some troubles with my transparencies. Refer to my lens flare thread 😀
