  • Text Expression Selector “Invert range”

    I hope maybe Dan could help me on this one.

    I use this expression to make my letters appear smoothly.

    Is it possible to switch the order so the last index letter comes in first and the first letter comes last!?

    freq = 2;

    decay = 6;

    delay = .01;

    dur = .1;

    amp = 120;

    myDelay = (textIndex-1)*delay;

    t = time - (inPoint + myDelay);

    startVal = 100;

    endVal = 0;

    if(t < dur){

    linear(t,0,dur,startVal,endVal);

    }else{

    w = freq*Math.PI*2;

    endVal + amp*(Math.sin(t*w)/Math.exp(decay*t)/w);

    }

    Try changing the 6th line to:

    myDelay = (textTotal - textIndex)*delay;
