  Reptilian eyes effect

  Can anyone tell me how achieve this sort reptilian eyes blinking effect?

  Is it easy to do with after effects?

  I’ve been trying a lot of templates but can’t find anything as convincing as this.

  Which effect are you trying to do? I scanned through the video and it looks to me like she is just blinking in slow motion.

  If you look closer her pupils looks like a reptilian blinking, like a crocodile.
