  After Effects CC render wont show a preview

  in adobe after effects it did show me a preview while rendering the video now in after effects CC it wont show me the preview but it still renders though

  Your article says “Progress indicators on the After Effects icon in the Mac OS dock during previews and render queue rendering
  The icon for After Effects CC 2015 (13.5) in the Mac OS dock does not display a progress bar, frame count, or render item count while previewing or render queue rendering. This functionality requires additional work to the new architecture.”

  I was really sad to see that feature missing. I find it to be very helpful. Also, is there a way to have AE not play until it completes the RAM preview or if I hit the zero key again? Like it did in the last version.
