  Package compatibility problem

  I recently bought a template for adobe premiere pro, but unfortunately my Adobe premiere pro is crashing when I import it, also when I extract it and try to open it in after effects it is not possible, probably because it is made in a newer version..(I am still running win7, and the only latest working versions for win7 are cc 2018).
  Could someone help me with opening it and saving it to an older after effects version?
