  Glitch Effect – Person of Interest

  In the video below, every few seconds the screen is distorted creating a “glitch” effect:

  Does anyone have any advice on how to recreate the screen glitch effects in this video? I made a little bit of progress by creating adjustment layers and applying the Offset and Tint effects to them…but I still can’t get the movement right.

  Here’s a nice tutorial on getting started. Or if you have a few dollars to spend, Twitch is a great plugin for this sort of thing. There are also some more advanced scripts and plugins you can look in to.
