  Trying to recreate an open shutter effect for a motion trail

  Hi guys

  A friend of mine shot some tests leaving the shutter open to capture a motion trail. I’ve included the image with this post.

  

  

  I’m just wondering how you might go about recreating this in After Effects with real footage shot on a green screen.

  It doesn’t need to be identical, but I’m trying to get a similar feeling.

  Any suggestions are welcome.

  A friend had suggested that effect too.

  I layered it up with some TC shine and particles. Worked a treat.
