expression: thisLayer.width taking comp width instead of shape width
as in the title, my shape is 50×50 and expression shows that objects width is comp width 936.

ok i think i figured it out myself i just pickwhiped the value and get some like this:
thisComp.layer(“blueBall”).content(“Ellipse 1”).content(“Ellipse Path 1”).size[1]

I think the expression you were looking for is
thisLayer.sourceRectAtTime().width -
