  Any specific tutorials available?

  Guys, I would like to know is any of below after effects available?

  1. Is there anyway I can that effect before logo appears in the I have attached. I know behind background is underwater effect but I don’t know about the effects which I have mentioned above.

  2. I would also like to know if any video tutorial about how to make an effect which looks like flowers floating in water/like a canal.

  Can you tell me the time in the video that you are talking about? The video is almost 11 minutes long.
