  Scan a QR Code so its contents appear on a CG/Name Graphic

  One of my local schools has this idea they want to try and do for their summer graduation at the end of July.

  Currently, each student hands someone a piece of paper with their name on it which is then read aloud.

  The idea they are trying for is to have a QR code with the person’s name card and the person reading the name card will also Scan the QR Code and then that graduate’s name appears upon a video board.

  I know that many Name Graphics software has the ability to read a data file such as Excel or a text document. Have any of you ever come across something like this?

  Is there any kind of program or code for “Scan QR Code” ->”Save its contents to the end of a file”

  I know there’s also a danger of some graduate just creating their own QR Code that says “CL@zz of 2()2() R\/L3Z!!!” which is why I was thinking of an Excel or text file so it can be QC checked before just blindingly going up.
