Where is the split command in r21?
Just upgraded from r15 and cannot findit.

easiest is Right-Click and it’s in the pop-up menu (down near the bottom) assuming you have the polys you want to split selected.
In the menus it’s under Mesh/Clone.
And it’s shortcut is U~P -
That doesn’t work. I have a single object where I have selected a bunch of sides that I want to be their own, separate object. I used to be able to right click and select “split” but it’s not there anymore.

It works for me.
When you have one or more polygons selected and you right click, could you describe, or take a screenshot of, the menu that pops up? Have you tried the keyboard shortcut or menu path as Brian pointed out? If none of those are working, perhaps you could post your project file so we could see what you’re working with.

I had edges selected instead of polygons, stupid mistake!!
