  Bokeh Iris shape that changes from the center to edge of image

  Hey guys, I’m trying to think of a creative way to achieve an unusual bokeh effect.

  I have an anamorphic lens that creates OOF highlight bokeh that, in the center of the image, looks like a nice smooth ellipse. But as you get closer to the image edges, it becomes more and more a distinct “cat’s eye” shape.

  Frischluft can do custom iris shapes, but they’re the same shape across the whole image. Any ideas about how to make an iris shape that varies from center to edge?
