Change Default Base via script
This setting doesn’t seem to be possible to change?

Are you saying that when you change the Default Base, the next time you open After Effects it is back to being 30 fps?
And I’m not sure why you would want to change the project settings via a script. New compositions will remember the previous comp’s settings and in Edit preferences, the import options can be set to set image sequences to a specified frame rate. What is it you’re trying to acheive?

HI thanks for response.
I am trying to automate workflow for artist. He told me that this field sets the frame rate. I need 24 fps always and I need to be sure it works. So I would like to set it in any case.

I think you are correct: it can not be accessed and set via scripting.
