  How To Animate Text In Like This?

  I need to know how to animate the text in like it is in this video

  But specifically the part were the letters are just LC I know how to do everything else but I like how the text shades over multiple colors before coming to its final color, I know how to do the rest of the text, its just a simple transition effect. But I have no idea how they animated the ‘LC’ part of the text. Can someone please help me out? Thanks.

  I would do it with a couple of separate track matte layers.
