  Camera turning from an actor in one position to the actor in another position (all in one shot)

  Sorry, I’m a tad new to adding visual effects to my videos and I’m also new to this website (my bad if I’m doing something wrong). I’ll try to explain what exactly i want to achieve as best as I can. Basically, what I want to do is have one actor doing something and have the camera turn elsewhere to where that same actor is doing something else. I’d like to make it look like its all in one shot also. How exactly would I go about doing this in After Effects? Thanks in advance for the help.

  That’s a little vague, but the most ideal situation would be to have the actor on a green screen so you could key them out and place them as you’d like. Then you would just drop in the background and animate the camera move. Do you already have footage you’re trying to do this with? It might not be a whole lot of help, but this could hold a little potential for you:
