  How can i do a draw on effect on video?

  So I’ve been trying to figure out a way to draw on video like on the video link shown below. The only method I found was creating a title and using a pen tool for every key frame. I figured there should be another method other than what I have figured out. If you have any ideas please let me know thanks!
