  Creating a “Rainbow Death” Effect (Video attached)

  I was looking for any help to recreating this “rainbow/color” effect.

  There’s only two thing i can think of and that is desaturated the footage and try and play around with a adjustment layer with color correction and just keep doing that till u get this WIERD rainbow type look and second u could also animate some strokes to go around the shapes of the buildings that’s all I got
