  Changing video timings in apple’s motion?

  Hi,

  I brought a template online and have dropped a video into one of the drop zones. It plays fine, although I would like it to start in a different place and fade the sound in and out.

  How do I go about doing this?

  Inside Motion. Select the clip you want to change. Hold down the Option key and then drag on the clip in the timeline. It will let you slip the in and out point around.

  also in your media tab you can click on the clip that you want to adjust then over in the inspector click media and under timing you can put at what point you want the clip to start.
