  High Performance After Effects CS6 on Z820 ?

  i have After effects cs6 and i buy new Z820 Workstation
  anybody help me for Optimize After Effects CS6 for High Performance on my machine

  Windows pro 8 64-bit
  RAM : 32 G
  CPU : Xone CPU E5-2670 (32 CPU )
  GPU : NVIDIA Quadro 6000
