strange message about new member

I just got this odd message posting a comment on the edit* forum.
I had a look, there was no word “cialis” in the post (what does that mean anyway!)

Hi Mark,
Yes, your post is hitting the spam filter because the word specialist is in it.
Any post with the word cialis in it, along with other words such as Viagra and others, get flagged for manual approval. Your post has been approved but please keep this in mind as to why it happens.

Ah, but we’re great supporters of Scunthorpe United, the pride of Lincolnshire, and we congratulate them on their 2-1 victory over Coventry.
But yeah, the name will always get caught in the filter. I had to manually push this one through too.
