    Looking to buy a Ki Pro Quad, however, will still be at SD-SDI for a little while longer. Since the Quad does not support SD input, what happens if you plug SD-SDI in and configure for 720p? Does the picture just fall in the middle of the frame, with letterbox and pillarbox space all around?

    The Ki Pro Quad accepts a wide variety of formats and frame rates, however standard definition video is not supported. For a complete list of formats and frame rates that are supported, please review the “Video Formats” section of the “Tech Specs” found on the AJA website:

    If you want to continue working with SD video sources, you could consider using the AJA Ki Pro Quad in combination with an AJA UDC Up/Down/Cross Converter Mini-Converter. You may learn more about the UDC Mini-Converter here:
