I’m recording to an AJA Ki Pro recorder in Pro Res and the video appears darker than I expect in FCP7. I’m using Panasonic AG-HPX300 and 370 cameras which are connected to a Panasonic AW-HS50 compact switcher by SDI. Computer images connect to the switcher by DVI after going through a TVOne VGA to DVI convertor. Ki Pro is connected to the switcher by SDI. I use Panasonic and JVC broadcast monitors during recording. Has anyone experienced the same and how did you fix it?

The KiPro is not changing the signal while it is recorded it is not designed to do that, are you sure that your monitoring is correct?
