  Ki-Pro Mini Connectivity

  Newbie Alert:

  Does the Ki-Pro Mini support remote triggering from the camera(Sony F900) to start/stop recording? If so, is this embedded in the SDI stream or LANC?

  If this was already addressed in earlier posts, i apologize. I was in a hurry and did not find the answer in preliminary queries.

  The KiPro will start and stop on tc. So if tc starts running, it will record, if it stops, the Ki will stop.

  Obviously, this will only work with Rec Run tc, not Free Run.

  It can work with either embedded tc, or ltc.

  The Lanc is not turned on yet.

  I didn’t read the mini part of your subject.

  Of course, nothing is turned on yet on the mini. 🙂

  But I’m sure it will save the same or similar function as it’s bigger brother.
