    Hello all,

I just used my KiPro with a Sony EX3, armed to record from SDI and it was stellar. Worked flawlessly. I now have it rigged to a Panasonic HPX500P, set up the same way and the camera won’t trigger it. I then ran an additional time code input and set it for TC/REC KEY and stil won’t go. What’s the dealio?

There’s a menu deep in that camera to turn on the SDI metadata. I’d have to look at a manual to find it as I can’t remember off hand and don’t own the camera.

in the Recording Setup screen, turn the UB (userbit) mode to FRM. RATE (frame rate).
