Hello, I just bought a Xena LHI and it is being put into a new PC this week. I noticed that the HP system listed in the owners manual no longer is being made anymore according to their website. I want a really solid fast machine with dual processors to handle the requirements of HD.

What is a reasonable expectation for a system spec to build to. I noticed that the approved list of hardware included the Quadro FX 1100, but when I took it in to be added they said that the HP motherboard did not have an AGP slot?

So now I have to figure out how to get another good video card with that system too. ARRGH!

What are you all running and how is your results?

Furthermore, I understand combustion does not run on Vista, so since I am pretty heavy into that, what are you all doing with 32 vs 64 bit XP Pro? Does that 64 bit version run with combustion?

    Not a combustion user myself…

I don’t know how many motherboards have AGP slots anymore… It’s pretty much all PCIx and PCIe…and even PCIx isn’t as common as it used to be…
