  Xena LH preset install problem

  Hi guys,

  Im having some serious problems with installing the latest AJA Xena LH drivers for Premiere CS2 and CS3. In the previous installation (of 3.1.0) the Xena presets would only come up in CS2 and only the folder would show in CS3 but not presets or codec. I though updating to 3.5.0 would possibly fix this but now neither CS2 or CS3 are showing the presets/codecs.

  Has anyone had this happen to them? Did you find a solution?

  Did you do a full install for each version of the software?

  You would need to install it for each version, CS2 and CS3 in the proper directories, and you might also verify that you have the appropriate driver…there is a separate version for Vista 64 and for Vista 32/WinXP.

  Hi Tim,

  Yep the full install has worked on Premiere CS2 for us, but still having trouble with CS3 so i’ve put that to the side for the moment until we get the film finished. I do have the 32bit drivers for XP, but am still on Xena 3.1.0 drivers because they worked before and don’t want to jepordise wasting anymore time if the 3.5.0 ones stuff it up again. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
