  Civil works for STUDIO (

  hi,
  i`m just a lecturer in a school.i`m planning to built a visual effect studio.
  as for the hardware requirement, i know what to get. What should i consider in order for me to advise to my contractor..such as types of wall/flooring/aircon/cyc etc..in order to built the studio
  is there a site i could study on it..thank you..size of studio : ((12mtr x 10mtr x 4mtr ))

  This is very specialized kind of job, and you really need to hire a consultant that has experience in designing studio facilities. You might ask Bob Zelin here if he could point to a resource for you.
