  Best settings for capture to PPro cs6

  I have many SD miniDV tapes shot with CANON XL2 16:9 24p
  my 1800a/up-converter gives me two HD-SDI output options, I have selected the 720/59.94 option for output/conversion rather than the 1080i

  I ingest the HD-SDI source through my AJA io express pcie as 720/59.94 mov
  into PPro cs6 capture

  regardless of the setting that I choose- I get way too fast movement, unusable audio and a lot of frustration.

  Advice for io express setting?
  Advice for SONY up-convert settings?
  Advice for PPro CS6 sequence/project settings?

  Thanks for the help; and I realize that everyone has moved so far away from this workflow, but…there’s a lot of knowledge in this pasture!
