  Trouble capturing from digibeta through io express using Avid MC5.5.3

  I have deck control but no video signal! I’m using a J-30 deck going through SDI into a AJA io express. I’ve configured the deck and all the capture settings are correct.

  I’ve even tried configuring the io express unit itself from the control panel but I still get the the following error message.

  Exception:DigitzeWindowBuildplayer()-HWSDK does not yet capture SD pull downs

  Any ideas?
