  Audio sync problem digitizing from 3/4″ deck

  I’m attempting to digitize a bunch of ancient tapes into FCP 6.0.6 using my AJA ioLA. No problem with Betacam or D2, but 3/4″ U-Matic won’t hold sync. I’ve tried several different settings without success. Anybody else had this problem? Any ideas what to do about it?

  If your other VTRs seem to be working fine with the AJA Io, then perhaps it’s just an issue with the 3/4″ VTR you are using.
