AJA Customer service
Just in case anyone is contemplating making a purchase from AJA and wonder how their customer service and technical support is:
I have owned one of the first IOHD’s. Had a tech question the other day and was speaking to Jerry. Believe it or not, as I was plugging a FW 800 cable in, the connector broke while I was talking to him. He answered my tech question and issued me a RMA and in two days (ould of had it in one!) I had a brand new IOHD on my doorstep!
Exemplary!! Can’t say enough!
