  Is it possible that you plan of doing an aja io with only hdmi in and out ?

  you mean like the Blackmagic Decklink Intensity for $249. Let me be so bold as to answer for AJA – ABSOLUTELY NOT ! However, if you wish to consider the wonderful new AJA I/O HD (or even the competing Blackmagic Eclipse) – both products have HDMI in out, as well as everything on your current AJA I/O. Both products have the exact same price of $3495. However, if I may be so bold to wonder, if you are really asking if AJA will come out with a HDMI product that is even cheaper than the $249 Blackmagic Intensity board – ABSOLUTELY NOT !
