  background effects

  well let me get straight to what I’m looking for

  I’m wondering how to make a background effect that is like glowing

  its black and has blue lines around it that come in and fade out then appear somewhere else. thats kind of the best description i can give.

  if you can tell me how to make it or give me a link to find where to make one of these or you have to buy it please send me any information at all

  jumpbacks with an added glow is the quickest route.
  If ya don’t have jumpbacks, you can animate the blue squigglies over black then put a glow over that. If you don’t have a glow pugin, you can layer blurs and brightness/saturation changes.
