I’ve had quite a few cases with multiple IO’s experiencing the same issue.
After a recent firmware update, as well as upgrade to 10.4.2 and FCP 5, the AJA’s will at some point not recognize any inputs.
Restarting the AJA, G5, or FCP dont do it. It takes me going into the ProIO Control Panel, switching it to Analog (i believe this has only been for analog inputs, but not positive…) and then video correctly comes through. Then I launch FCP and it works fine. I havent had to do the same on the same IO’s again since that, so hopefully they just needed a kick in the ass at some point after the upgrade.

same experience here. I wasn’t sure what fixed it, because I was able to switch over to the Kona 2 for the moment, but I did at one point open up the IO Control Panel, so that must be the fix.
