  Audio loss when capturing

  I have recently installed FCP 5 and am having problems with digitizing my footage. The video comes in well, but the audio disappears. This happens when i try to batch capture multiple clips, click somewhere off of the Log and Capture window, and when i try to digitize a clip directly after i have just captured one. The only time i get audio is when i enter time code and capture clip now.

  This only happens with BetaSP, which is going through and AJA i/o. I do not have problems with my dv capturing.

  Any suggestions.

  I am having the same exact problem with digitizing from a betaSP. As soon as I click outside the log and capture window the audio is lost. I have tried deleting preferences but that didn’t help.

  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
