  AJA Software Question…

  Every time AJA issues an update I can’t get my G5 to open it by double-clicking or any other means. Sometimes I get a message “The preflight script was either not executable or not readable.” If I burn it to a CD and open from that it works fine. Anyone elese had any trouble???

  Did you install developer tools? That sometimes causes this problem.

  Right click (control click) the downloaded and unstuffed installer “pkg” file. Select “open with…” and choose installer.
