  Sleeping Mac now loses LHi output

  I know that AJA always said that putting the computer to sleep wasn’t supported and could break the output connection, but I never had that problem. But now that I moved up to the latest drivers (Mac/Lhi: 10.4.9/Adobe Plugins 10.4.8) I have to restart every time I sleep, otherwise the LHi won’t send a signal to an external monitor. Any tips or tricks to get back the sleep functionality?

  from the early days of AVID Media Composer, everyone always told you to NEVER sleep the computer. This certainly applies to every NLE, and every shared storage system. And it applies to your AJA card.
  Simple solution – go to System Preferences> Energy, and turn off energy saver. Screw the future generations – you have to make a living !
