  AJA Kona 3G- Edit Suite setup- Which TV to buy?

  We are currently trying to setup an edit suite with an aja card. At the minute we are loaning some equipment, we have an AJA 3g (but the one without HDMI) and a JVC DTV24G1 production monitor, but this is very costly. The route we are looking to take is to get a Kona 3G and a TV and just connect it HDMI. The only thing we need to know is which is the best TV to buy and are all TV’s compatible with the AJA card?

  As long as it has HDMI, it’ll work. Panasonic Plasmas are the best…some use those professionally. But if it is just to show the clients the edit…if not for color grading, then most TVs will do fine.
